  They switched to an automated dough puller for crust, and it sucks now 1/10. So thin it doesn’t hold up.

  Used to order here a few times a month, and it was always decent but the pizzas are so small now, a medium is paper thin and fits in the small box the cheese bread comes in. Won’t be ordering here anymore it’s just not worth the price 🥀

  Papa John's just did away with their Papadia's in trade of a sandwich/sub and it's a flop! Not enough product and the bun toasted to a crouton! Bring back your Papadias please!!!!

  Waited 45 plus minutes in line waiting on a pizza because they wouldnt move person in front of me ahead got pizza and was disgustingly cold which wasnt a suprised since it was done when I got there before the 45 minute wait

  The manager has severe mental issues and likes to scream and cuss at customers. I will never give Papa John's another dollar, ever again, especially the one in New Philly. I placed my order and paid for it on the app. I then called the restaurant to see if I could change the medium pizza to a thin crust. The idiot kid who I talked to ended up charging me a second time for the pizza and didn't bother saying that they don't have thin crust mediums. After my bank texted me that I was charged again, I called the restaurant, again... the first person I talked to understood what I was saying, but the manager had no clue what she was talking about. The manager got on the phone, but just kept talking through me and wouldn't let me speak. I had to try to explain what they did 4 times and she just kept saying "he's just a kid!" I said I didn't care and I wanted my money back and should not have been double charged. She then proceeded to scream and cuss at me, like a crazy person. I kept asking her to stop screaming at me and she had a complete meltdown and said she wasn't refunding my money and she was canceling the order. That pathetic woman has no business being a manager or ever dealiing with a customer. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Seems to me that the manager has severe mental problems, as while she was screaming and cussing at me, she had the nerve to say I was being rude for saying that I didn't care if "he's just a kid" and just wanted my money back. No normal person would completely flip out like that. A normal person would have apologized for the mistake, and refunded my money. I ended up calling their corporate offices and explained that she refused to refund my money, screamed and cussed at me, and canceled my order. That crazy woman should be fired amd never work with the public, ever again. She acted like I was doing something wrong by saying I didn't care if he's just a kid and I wanted my money back. She went even more nuts when i told her to stop interrupting me. The manager is a complete nutjob and needs mental help for her severe emotional issues. I will never spend another hard earned dollar at Papa John's.
