  Ordered online. They didn't have the sandwiches we ordered which was the whole reason we went there. So I ordered the brown sugar croissant which comes with white cheddar cheese. My husband got croissants with egg cheese and bacon. All three had American, hardly any bacon and mine was plain bacon and the croissants were all burned. The donuts were stale.

  This trip was unfortunately like all the others. Coffee cups were half full of warm milk. No coffee in it. We were hoping that the first few were just new business jitters and they would work themselves out, but that’s not been the case. Very disappointing.

  Didn't catch the name of the girl with the glasses working the window and making drinks but my drink is excellent, and Everytime she waits on me she makes it a great experience. I love you, glasses girl. Sincerely, Caramel Creme Coffee Chiller, extra caramel ☺️

  so I’ve been to the Dunkin in a few times one of the times I had ordered a jelly powder doughnut, and there was no jelly in it. The next time I came and I ordered one there was some jelly in it, but not as much as they should’ve been I ordered a drink from them and the drink was literally separating. There was chunks of ice that cup wasn’t even full of coffee it was full of air and whipped cream. I’ve included a picture of the drink. I would not recommend this place and I understand they have growing pains, however when I went up to explain that I had stirred the drink and this is what it looks like after they told me while I let it sit too long and I was like well that’s fine. I will just throw it away then she’s like well. We can remake it for you, but I wanted a solution to the problem not an excuse so I would not recommend this Duncan.

  I come to this Dunkin just about everyday before I go into work. The workers there know me by name at this point. I go thru the drive thru today & they mess up my order… instead of giving me the correct food, the manager proceeds to practically yell at me like a child & sass me to just come inside because she doesn’t “have time for this.” I told her that I would be fine with what I got & won’t be returning. Mind you there was only 1 car behind me. There was no need for the attitude.
