  I have never in 47 years on this planet seen a restaurant as filthy and grotesque as this! It's truly staggering.

  This is the worse chipotle I’ve ever been too I got a bowl today they don’t give any rice they flatten it down and put the smallest portion of meat on it I asked for a little bit more meat being as tho the kids meals had more meat then my bowl the. She charged me for double meat the meat was so tuff I couldn’t even chew it the rice don’t have any flavor I love chipotle and this has been one of the worse tasting one I’ve been to so far and how don’t u have change to give me the rest of my money so cause u don’t have the exact change I got to pay extra for the worse food I’ve ever had im highly disappointed I didn’t even eat my food that’s how nasty it was smh 🤦‍♀️

  I gotta start out with this statement, I do love chipotle. However this particular restaurant continues to suck each time I visit. And each time I say it’ll be my last. To start they are almost always out of something, and when they’re not, they manage to give the smallest portion sizes known to man that couldn’t even satisfy a newborn baby. If you make it past those two hurtles there’s one more, the slowest staff you’ll encounter in your life. On my last visit they seem shocked that people showed up to order food, they scrambled and panicked, and complained about having to make bowls of food instead of actually doing it and keeping up with the demand of the line of customers, which lead to us standing there waiting to be checked out for an obscene amount of time. If you want chipotle, go to one ran by professionals.

  This chipotle is always either slow, messy, or just a wreck in general. I go here quite often since it is the one closest to me, and it is very rare it is a pleasant experience. Usually I get skimped on food, usually in online orders, which is why in person I always ask to add more because they do so little. I am writing this review for a specific event. Tonight I went after my shift, I got off around 9:30. This store closes at 11. Before I even walk in, multiple people are leaving saying they were turning down people ordering because they did not have enough food. Now I get not having enough food close to close, however they still have more than an hour till close…so why not close early if you have no food? Like what is chipotle without food? All I wanted was some chipotle after my shift and they let me down once again. This is my general experience notes, sometimes I do get a good chipotle run.

  I want to start by making it clear that I say this with no ugliness or animosity within me, I love human beings and realize that we are all flawed creatures, but this Chipotle location is absolutely the worst one I have ever been to. Not to sound like a broken record and cite the same reasons everyone else does, but they are all true. 1) place is often times filthy with food debris all over tables and all over the floor, 2) the line is often very long with what seems like some employees huddled up in the back with only 1 or 2 people left to work the whole food line and ring people out, 3) just got a steak bowl earlier and I can’t even hardly taste my food, all I taste is salt. I am a frequent visitor to this location and really wish for change sooner or later.
