    Lady, taking my order had an attitude. Last time I came here it was the same thing. The workers were cussing and arguing with each other. I asked for fire sauce and they didn’t give me any this time around. Sat at the window because she gave me my food and stormed off for like five minutes. She came back, looked at my car never opened the window to ask what I needed they’re better Taco Bell‘s in worse neighborhoods.

    I had a really frustrating experience here tonight. I ordered nacho fries through the drive thru and when I got them they were completely cold and hard, not even slightly warm. I went back through the drive thru just a couple of minutes later to politely ask for them to be remade since they clearly were not fresh. Instead of being understanding, the employee was very dismissive and said “well they were warm when I put them in the bag.” That response did not make sense given how cold they were, especially since I had just received them minutes before. When I asked for a remake I was told I had to come inside the lobby. I explained that I could not come inside and that I was using the drive thru for a reason, she proceeds to say “why can’t you come inside”..and repeated the same thing and said it was not fair to the car behind me. That isn’t right. You should not be able to tell a customer to come inside for a mistake you made and as a paraplegic i found that to be extremely disrespectful. I was the one who paid for food that was not served properly and I was simply asking for it to be corrected. Customers should not be given cold food and then made to go out of their way to fix a mistake that was not theirs. The lack of basic customer service and understanding in this situation was really disappointing. 4/19 at 10:30pm
