  I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience today. I went in expecting a simple cheese and egg biscuit and was really looking forward to having breakfast, but when I opened my food, I was shocked to see what appeared to be several hairs on the biscuit. I’ve attached a photo because I want people to be able to see exactly what I received.This is not something I expected to see in food that was prepared and served to a customer. It immediately made me lose my appetite and question the cleanliness and food-handling practices in the kitchen. I understand that mistakes can happen, but finding hair in your food is extremely unpleasant and unacceptable, especially when you are paying for a fresh meal and trusting the restaurant to prepare it in a clean and sanitary environment.What frustrated me even more is that this was supposed to be a very simple order—an egg and cheese biscuit. I shouldn’t have to open my food and inspect it before I can feel comfortable eating it. I ended up not being able to enjoy my breakfast at all because I was so uncomfortable and disappointed.I really hope management takes this seriously and looks into what happened. Customers should be able to trust that their food is being prepared with proper hygiene and care. I’m sharing this review because I believe the restaurant needs to do better and make sure this does not happen to other customers.
