  The service tonight was terrible. I had to wait to be served even though there was no one in line. The food was cold, and the fries were cold. They didn't even say thank you, and they took longer than usual to give me my order

  Quarter pounders are cooked to order. No signs posted informing guest so wait times are extra. Service is the worst

  Every morning at 4:10 am they say their system is updating and it will take 25-30 minutes before they can take my order.

  I placed a mobile order about 15 minutes before arriving and even marked that I was already there so they could start preparing it ahead of time. When I got to the drive-thru, I still ended up waiting another 20 minutes for my food. Yes, it was a larger order, so I understand it might take a little extra time but that’s exactly why I ordered ahead and checked in early. Kind of defeats the purpose of using the app if the order isn’t started until you’re already sitting in line. Not trying to be unreasonable, just feels like the whole mobile ordering process didn’t really do anything to save time here.
