  This location is hit and miss on customer service. Speed is almost always slow. I don't think they staff enough people. Mornings seem like 1 person is taking the order, preparing the food, and handling the window. It's really not that hard to staff the appropriate amount of people, especially during peak hours. I have canceled mobile orders, like I did yesterday because there was a line at the drive thru and it didn't move at all in at least a minute. But when there is actually no one in line, they have asked me to pull forward and wait for my order. They have gotten better paying attention to modified orders.

  Worst parking experience wish they thought before building the place. Some can work and others are just watching, wish all work and wont take 30 mins for one order.

  I refuse to rate McDonalds above a 2 in service ever again. Not sure which location was which but breakfast day 1 my son says "dad they burned my sandwich" and day 2 different location he says "well at least they didn't burn my sandwich this time." This is essentially what you can expect from McDonalds these days, never a consistent experience.

  There was a time that a Big Mac was the burger to get. I admit it was not good for you but it shore tasted good, and fresh There was also a time when the mcdonalds French fries were the best tasty fried you could get. I remembered when I was a young co- op student I would eat maconalds bic Mac and fries on a regular basis. Those days are long gone thank goodness. Today the Big Mac looks like someone just " slapped" it together any kind of way. And it has no taste whatsoever. The French fries are just greasy. I have noticed this about all the resteraunts especially the fast food. The food no longer has an quality taste it once did and the same is true for Wendy's and Burger King. Sorry to say that but the quality of food especially at fast food resteraunts has decreased significantly.
