I ordered 4 donuts, which IMO would make sense to put in a small box. Nope, let’s through them in a bag where they’re all mangled and upside down. They all had icing and it was stuck to the bag as the icing was still not dried yet. I checked before pulling off and let them know of the situation. His response, “yeah, that happens.” Period. No sorry, no offer to replace. I said, well, can you get me new ones? Or at minimum replace the bed that are completely stuck to the bag? He closes the window and is giggling with the guy who packaged. Comes back with 1 new donut. Whatever, what a joke.

My order is simple and quick — but the customer service at the window is terrible. I always greet the man and say hi and they barely look or talk with me. He takes my money, gives it back quickly giving the impression he doesn’t want to even interact with me. When he hands me my food, he hands it to me without looking and immediately reaches for his phone. It’s the strangest interaction & I feel like I’m annoying him with my order. Customer service if you’re working the window should be one of the most important roles and repeatedly it seems like I’m an inconvenience .
- LLLaneAug 8, 20262.0I come here regularly in the morning. Usually it’s good, sometimes inconsistent but today way off. Ordered my drink and I am handed my drink and it’s not filled to the top 1/3 to the lid and they rushed it out the window like they knew they didn’t fill it up. Cup full of ice even though asked for light ice and you still get a cup full of ice. If the drink is $6 at least fill it up and listen to what the customer wants.
