I haven't ordered from this Donato's for several years, and I almost drove up to Sunbury instead (and not just because I can't get to New Albany from here). I ordered a sub and a small pizza. They were both ready when I arrived, right at 6:50, the pick-up time, and the food was hot and tasty. The young man at the window was very friendly and helpful. I was sort of violating doctor's orders to watch my sodium, so I may not be back again for a bit. But, if I need a cheat night in the future, and I'm craving a Big Don sub, I'll give them another chance.

There is no way they can be this consistently incompetent without doing it on purpose. I can't remember the last time I got an order delivered correctly from this location. This spans multiple years so it can't be blamed on an isolated instance of poor staffing. The Browns will win back to back to back Super Bowls before this Donatos can deliver an accurate order. Yes, the Browns will do something even the Chiefs couldn't do before this Donatos delivers an accurate order. You would probably be better off ordering something that you don't want at all, and then you might have a chance of actually getting something you want.

The crust wasn't crispy like it usually is and it the banana peppers were almost too spicy to eat. Probably won't get another pizza from this location.
