  I've been coming here for about the last year or so - mostly because it's the only Chipotle around Johnstown, and while I've never really had what I would consider a "great" experience here, my visit yesterday was actually enough to convince me that I need to drive much further to find a better location. Walking into the store was atrocious. There was trash scattered all over the parking lot and even more scattered all over the front walkway from overflowing garbage bins. There were multiple Tobasco bottle cooking in the sun on outdoor tables which will make them go foul - but will likely just end up being put back among the others inside. The condition of the kitchen was horrific. The prep areas and counters looked like a bomb just went off - which is inexcusable since there was literally no other customers there when I arrived. You guys DO realize your kitchen is visible to the customers, right? They were out of at least 4 ingredients (which happens almost every time I've been in) and is WILD because they only use about a dozen of them and there's always at least 6 people behind the counter. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the girl who made my burrito actually made it so that it didn't fall apart - which was a first here. As I was eating outside, I saw a "Now Hiring" sign in the window - and all I could think was to maybe train your existing staff to work cleanly and correctly first before binging anyone new in and teaching them to work like this. If I was the manager and saw this, I'd be absolutely LIVID. I suggest sending your staff next door to Jersey Mike's to see how real professionals do their job. Will not eat here again.

  I read the bad reviews and got really nervous but I’ve tried other chipotle’s in the area and was not very happy, so I still gave this one a shot. Idk if it’s just because of when I went, but around 8:15pm-8:30pm on a Wednesday, my pick up order was perfect! It was not ready when I pulled up to the window but they made it right away. The honey chicken was delicious, they gave me double meat like I listed, and all of the ingredients were delicious. Also random but for the first time (for me) the chipotle queso was actually smooth and not gritty. Me & my husband loved it. Chipotles can be veryyyy hit or miss depending on ingredients, staff, time of day, location, etc., but I enjoyed it!

  I enjoy eating at Chipotle, but I think it's strange that customers can't order a regular-sized quesadilla when dining inside the restaurant. The only in-store option is the kids' quesadilla, which isn't the same. If you want a full-size quesadilla, you have to order through the app instead. It would make much more sense to let customers order a regular quesadilla in person, just like the rest of the menu. I hope Chipotle considers changing this because it would make the ordering experience much more convenient.

  Takes way too long to get your food. I wanted to cancel my order and they couldn't do it so I was forced to wait If you are coming here in break DONT DO IT

  Service was good. Food was excellent. But the place was gross. We went around 8pm, so just after the dinner rush. But not a single table was clean. And the tables were all unoccupied. But with trash and food waste on all tables. Since there wasn't a single clean table inside, we sat outside. But the table was super annoying and kept teetering up and down. Went in and got a stack of napkins and put them under one side to stop the bouncing table. But overall not happy we couldn't sit inside with the AC. We paid the "for here" fee. I should have looked around and instead taken it "to go."
