I want to preface this review by saying this Arby's is just like every other Arby's I've been to. This is not a bad thing. The staff are friendly and I have never had a problem with them. The food is the only problem I've ever had, and it's not that the food is particularly bad, it just sometimes isn't as good as it could be. 4/5 times the food is exactly what you should expect. It's good, fresh, consistent. That 1/5 times though, it just doesn't hit the same. It's not that the food is bad, it just leaves a little to be desired because the other 4/5 times it is definitely better. It may be because I went right as they were finishing off a batch and I got the last of it before the fresh batch, it could be something else. I'm not sure. I don't think it is a problem with the staff because I have never been dissatisfied with the quantity of the food or the speed of service. So it's absolutely not the staff doing anything wrong, I think it's just Arby's food practices. And as I said before, this is not exclusive to this location, the other 2 Arby's I go to are the exact same way. I think if Arby's secret shopped their stores at different times of the day and sampled the food, they'd know what I'm talking about. That being said, the food has never been bad enough that I felt the need to go back and get a replacement, it just wasn't firing on all cylinders like it does the majority of the time if that makes sense.

Poor customer service. Didn’t greet me or even speak to me when I came in. When I approached the counter the woman never spoke to me even after I asked a question. If you ask me I think idolatry played a major role in what happened here. If this land experienced famine and this restaurant was the last place on earth serving food I’d decline.

Got my order wrong all the way around. The girl corrected with the guy and they still got it wrong! SMH! Terrible!

You may be able to order from the drive thru, but if you need anything from inside, or the restroom, it isn’t open.

They consistently mess up orders and want you to drive all the way back to make it right. Absolutely ridiculous.
