    Waited over a HOUR for two snack wraps and a large Coke. My friends ordered 2 combos which took even longer absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and whoever is in charge of this place needs to get there stuff together and teach there degenerate employees some customer service.

    This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever frequented And unfortunately, due to location, I frequent it often With many chances, they mess it up every single time It takes over 20 minutes to receive your order or your order is wrong. Literally nine out of the last 10 times I’ve been there. There has been an issue with my order or it’s taken almost a half hour. Today it was the fact I ordered a single burger and two Chicken nugget happy meals I look in the bag there’s no burger I go inside. I get the burger. I go to hand out my children’s happy meals oh the burgers inside the happy meal we do not have those chicken nuggets. I managed to restaurant myself and have for the better half of this decade. It’s not hard to read a chit and put the correct items in a bag. But instead, your employees want to spend time arguing about who’s gonna be in the window and joking about throwing whipped cream on each other Rather been ensuring the order is right. I came through at about 815 On Thursday night of April 16, 2026 And that was my experience I’m all for relaxing and fun work environment, but if you cannot do the bare minimum, you need to buckle it in more. Is one thing a joke around with the customer and be casual As another to basically ignore the customer in the window mess up their order And fake argue about who’s going to hand out the drinks I will give it whoever they have on the speaker is generally very nice and polite. Every every single person that’s been In that position That doesn’t not take away From the fact, I go there for food so I expect my food that I ordered to be correct.
