  I was just at Chipotle ...this is the 5th time that I have came in to order and they have been out of fajita veggies every single time ...and this time they were out of both fajita veggies and guacamole...they wasn't even attempting to make more ...I understand that Chipotle is good and very loved by many and they tend to be busy but it's part of the job to keep up with the supply and delivery what the customer came to get ...

  Anytime I come here, there is a long wait, and the line moves super slow, which other Chipotle’s is never an issue, the staff never acknowledges you when asking about mobile orders, and it’s pointless to do a mobile order cause there an hour behind on them everytime I go. Placed order to be ready at 8pm, placed around 6ish, and still is not ready yet at 8:43

  This was a painful experience - a long line that wrapped around the dining area, one person was making food, at least 10 people were waiting for their late online orders, no dressing, no guac, trash all over the floor, people were incorrectly charged and had to wait because the second person up front didn't know how to work the cash register...and it was only 6pm. Painful.

  I just moved from an area with 3 chipotles within 5 miles of my house. Chipotles are typically run like a tight ship, at least in my experience. It’s become one of my favorite restaurants. I’m on the road all the time for work. The Mount Vernon Chipotle is an embarrassment. Every time I go in there, the food is old and crusty, or you’re waiting 20 minutes for it to come up. The place looks ran sacked and like no one in the whole places knows what a towel or rag is. Food plastered from one end of the counter to the other. Never any teas in stock, never any effort made. It’s ridiculous. A few good employees you can tell are frustrated. BRING A NEW MANAGER. I am so disappointed literally every time I go in. Long wait. Horrible service.

  Options are limited in Mount Vernon if you don't want McDonald's-like cuisine but you need something quick so we probably come to Chipotle once a month. Today I've been in line for 30 minutes already and there's still 4 people between me and the counter. There is one guy standing at the register and for a long time there was one guy making everything, now there are two people making the food. Ok finally leaving 34 minutes after I got there. Wanted spicy chicken but that was out, shocker, always out of something or running low and you get the bottom scrapings. Incredibly inconsistent, sometimes it's heaping and sometimes we have to ask for double protein just so we can get a full scoop. Qdoba! If you are listening we would love for you to come to Mount Vernon Ohio!
