- JMJacob MusicSep 17, 20261.01 star. Really disappointing drive-thru experience. The staff seemed very disorganized and there was little communication between employees. The whole process felt like nobody was really on the same page. We weren't asked if we needed any sauces, and once we got home we realized part of our order was missing completely. For a drive-thru, getting the order correct and making sure everything is in the bag should be the bare minimum. Where's the beef? Apparently at some other restaurant, because part of ours never made it into the bag.
