    I ordered via the Arbys app and for whatever reason it future dated my order to the next day. When going to pick up my food the staff made me aware that since they were not taking online orders (although open) it defaulted to a future dated order. The staff would not make my food or give me a refund and instead told me to call the number listed on the app... which was the Mount Orab stores direct phone number. Still no help or refund. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I do feel for the staff (not the manager) as this is a broken system but to steal my money... is a little rough.

    Dont ever go there if you are on a lunch break. I had a single order, was told to pull forward after paying, at the 22 minute mark I left. I let them keep the food and money, wasnt worth my effort. I will never go back.

    Young lady at the driveway thru was very polite Arbys needs to upgrade there speaker system at there drive-thrus they can never hear you and you can never hear them.. Ordered a half pound French dip Bun was falling apart as it appeared to old. Beef was good fries were not fresh but that is to be expected anymore no matter where you go.
