  Terrible online service. I ordered over $30.00 for delivery plus tip, and had to call to check on order after putting in my cc information twice. After calling, they said they had no such order received. So great!! My cc information is floating out there somewhere! After being in business for 68 years, you would think they would know what they are doing. Thanks but No thanks, Pizza Hut, Mt. Gilead Ohio.

  It is a shame to have all the nice dining area and not being used. Young girl waiting table is cluless. Could not understand her must have been the piercings around her mouth. The menu does not show prices. Not everyone wants to scan a QR . We come in to be served. Can't be good for P&L statement at the end of the month to have to pay all the utilities for empty space.

  Waited 15 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant to be acknowledged. Finally got up and got our own menus. Still no service. Had to go back to the front desk to put in our order. They made the bbq chicken pizza with hot sauce instead of bbq sauce. Memorable dinner for all the wrong reasons.

  Wow what a disgrace of a restaurant. Traveled over for the sunday lunch buffet and had a decent time eating in. We were finished and paid. Was handed a receipt and all was good we went to leave. Then the waitress and cook are CHASING AFTER US in the front yard of the establishment accusing us of not paying. I roll my window down and say yes we paid. They apologize and I turn around and go back inside so we can show them the bank transaction and they say "it wasnt you guys" but the humiliation and damage has already been done. And my small child is with me too. This was an awful experience and the only time I've ever experienced anything this awful at a restaurant in my entire life. Apology not accepted.
