  Traveled from about 30 mins away because we wanted to take a trip down memory lane and enjoy a pizza hut that still had the nostalgic charm. Everything was going well. We ate, paid, and went to leave. We got out onto 95 and we saw 2 employees running out on to the front yard trying to tell us we didnt pay! I had a receipt in my hand so we pulled back into the parking lot and I walked in and showed them my bank statement where it had the charge taken out and they tried to smooth it over saying "it wasn't you guys, it was someone else." How traumatizing especially this happening in front of my fiancé and daughter. Ill never come back.

  Wow what a disgrace of a restaurant. Traveled over for the sunday lunch buffet and had a decent time eating in. We were finished and paid. Was handed a receipt and all was good we went to leave. Then the waitress and cook are CHASING AFTER US in the front yard of the establishment accusing us of not paying. I roll my window down and say yes we paid. They apologize and I turn around and go back inside so we can show them the bank transaction and they say "it wasnt you guys" but the humiliation and damage has already been done. And my small child is with me too. This was an awful experience and the only time I've ever experienced anything this awful at a restaurant in my entire life. Apology not accepted.

  Over an hour for a delivery 4 miles away, from my home,delivery farmed out to door dash, 1/2 hour for Dasher to pick up after food was made, food cold when delivered. Called pizza hut, got someone who barely spoke English.and wasn't even at the store I ordered from,it's Sad that companies are doing everything they can to save a buck. NEVER AGAIN will I be doing business with pizza hut.

  I just placed an order for a supermo sub over the phone. I asked for mushroom, banana pepper, and onion on my sub, completely willing to pay for the extras. Ive placed this exact order several times with no issue. Today I was told I wasn't allowed to add mushrooms or banana peppers to my sub because it would "mess up their inventory." What an absolute joke. I guess I will not be ordering from there again. Two thumbs down.

  So pizza Hut who doesn't know them at this point? Well it seems if you spend money the orders come out fine but hold and behold the moment you attempt to use reward points they will duck your order sideways then have the gal to say oh you got the item for free we can't do anything for you on their own duck on... well 0/5 stars here
