  How do you expect to have your employees work in an environment where there is no AC? Also consider temp abuse of your food . Your food is not temping under 41 in breeding grounds for pest and mold buildup in conditions like that . Do better owners

  I ordered a sandwich online but they were out of a particular type of bread. Crystal CALLED ME to give me a heads up and ask if I’d like to switch to another type of bread and was very helpful! I’ve never had a fast food place call me to try to get an order right. This was fantastic service. Even better was that James was super nice and helpful upon arrival for pickup. Both of them are very nice and they make sure to get your order correct. The last time I had stopped in here it was different staff that didn’t have anywhere near the passion for their job like these two do. My only constructive feedback is that there isn’t currently a way to leave surveys/reviews like this one, and Subway.com doesn’t recognize this location yet for whatever reason. But I think they said they’re already proactively working on that—which doesn’t surprise me coming from these two. Anyway wonderful job and tasty food. God Bless

  This Subway is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. I live in Morrow and go to this subway all the time, I have noticed the past couple months it has gone down hill fast. Every time I go in it takes at least 20 min. To get a sub made with maybe 1 or 2 people ahead of me ordering just 1 sub each...always out of ingredients...it's redicules. The people they hire are terrible, this one guy wants to have conversations with everyone I even witnessed him hitting on a 10 year old girl a few weeks ago..just disgusting..well today I have had enough, I told that boy how long he takes to do his job very firmly and it still didn't get through his thick skull. My girlfriend and I sit down to eat our subs and a bug crawls out of her flatbread, this bug didn't have wings...it didn't just land on her sub....it crawled out of it. At this point I was beyond pissed and demanded a refund and threw away all of our food...I will never go back to this dump. The owners need to be more selective on who they hire. Subway workers get paid to make subs not have coversations with every customer holding up the line...the only thing we should be talking about is what "I" the customer want on my sub period....shut your mouth...make my sub...cash me out and say good day, thats what a Subway worker gets paid to do...this place doesn't even deserve 1 star.
