  We all know taco bell sucks but the employees here are so lazy and have zero common sense. One of the worst taco bells in the tri-state. Monroe ohio. I gave it multiple chances to redeem itself to me. They find away to mess up everything to the soda fountain. I hate to be judgemental but they just seem like the type to do something to your food if you piss them off. Stay away from Monroe taco bell

  I order extra everytime and this is the first Taco Bell that I feel I actually recieved extra! The workers here are fantastic! Thanks for all that you do! Greatest Taco Bell In The State, mark it down!

  I want to give a huge huge shout out to this Taco Bell for its honesty, and amazing customer service for helping find $100 I dropped on the dining room floor while eating there I called them after leaving. Huge congratulations!!!!

  We ordered vegetarian food, but we were given an item containing beef, which was very disappointing. We also ordered Beefy Potatoes, and there was a hair in the food. This was a very unpleasant experience, especially because we specifically ordered vegetarian food. The staff should be much more careful with food preparation and checking orders before serving them. I hope Taco Bell takes this seriously and improves their food safety and order accuracy. I will never comeback again in this location and also employee is very rude who was stay on window.

  I gave this location 1 star because of how disappointing my order was, I placed my order around 11:00 pm and while I understand that employees may be tired late at night, that’s not an excuse for the quality of the food I received. My large fries were filled more like a small order and were barely seasoned. The cheese cup was less than half full, and my Diet Pepsi wasn’t even filled all the way, My quesadilla was mostly sauce with very little chicken, it was burnt, and it wasn’t even cut like it normally is. Overall, the food was terrible, and it seemed like very little care was put into preparing my order, To make matters worse, I called the restaurant three times over the course of an hour and never got an answer. This was a very disappointing experience, and unless major improvements are made, I won’t be ordering from this location again I hope the staff receive better training and place more care into preparing customers’ orders.
