  We ate our pizza inside and it was nice and clean. They brought our order out for us and it was delicious!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. My order arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes after the promised delivery time. I later found out that my pizza had been picked up by a DoorDash driver but was never delivered to my home. The restaurant had to remake my entire order and send it out again. What makes this even more frustrating is that I did not place my order through DoorDash. I ordered directly from Pizza Hut, so I expected Pizza Hut to ensure my food was delivered as promised. Instead, I was left waiting for well over an hour past the estimated delivery time because of a delivery service I never chose to use. While I appreciate that the restaurant remade the pizza, the long delay and lack of communication made for a very poor customer experience. I hope Pizza Hut improves how it manages third-party deliveries, especially for customers who order directly through them.
