  Worst delivery time ever in last 30 years , place order at 9.30 , gave me delivery time 10.07 and arrived at 10.58 worst ever . And there is online 20 deals and showing about 14-15 sold out . Why are there is deals if you sold out half way through dinner

  I understand tipping if I'm dining in. I understand tipping if I'm having my food delivered. Why am I being asked for a tip when I'm picking up my own food at the pick up window? Maybe if it was a big order but for one 10 dollar pizza that IM PICKING UP! why are you asking me for a tip?! I find it rude and bad service.

  This review will gladly be edited to a 5 start for the food only review. I simply wish to address an issue. The food is, and always is, amazing. Tonight I went to pick up a carryout order I made. Emphasis on CARRYOUT. I'm ordering food from a business that is delivering a service. This chick at the counter had the gall to turn her keypad towards me, with the tip prompt, forcing me to click something. Never before had a cashier here made me do that for a carryout order. Don't do this. Don't let your employees try to nickel and dime customers that are doing the legwork. They make the pizza, we do the pickup, there is no tip involved, and asking for one is incredibly off putting. Had I wanted to leave a tip, I'd have done it online. This chick was trying to guilt me into that, I'll never tip if there's no reason for a tip to exist.

  Pizza Hut is just not good anymore. It doesn't matter which location you visit, the quality has just gone out the window, but this one gave me undercooked pizza and very sad wings. Anything they can do, I can do better at home. Been a waste of money since like...2005. Never again.

  The assistant manager Max is so sweet and if very good with doing his job. The food is perfectly cooked and amazinggg and they have the cutest little book area for the kids
