    Pulled in at 8:40 to no line. They asked me to pull up to get my food. That’s all fine with me 15 minutes later I’m wondering where my food is as they are all sitting outside smoking by the dumpster. Apparently, they forgot to make my food. They are now making it. It Is now 903 I am still waiting for my food at this point I am getting a refund.

    I placed a mobile order. 4 items total. Was told they were waiting on potato cakes. 25 minutes later after pulling up received my order. Got home. Everything in my bag was room temperature at best. People at the window and drive-thru extremely rude. Not the first slow experience at this Arby's. But it will be my last experience at this location.
