- BFBlue FoxOct 1, 20261.0They use a blender to make the matcha tea now and it ruins the integrity of the tea and makes it taste disgusting. When I complained that I was being repeatedly served a half a cup of foam (I didnt even bring up my flavor complaint) but was a bit sore to pay nearly 7$ for half a drink. I was told they blend it now and there is nothing they can do. I repeatedly asked at the ordering intercom to not receive a half a cup of foam this time. They gave it to me anyways I tried to hand it back and pointed to the liquid level explaining why I didnt want to be ripped off. I understand this seems like nothing but this is the 6th time and each and every time I tried to be more specific about wanting the full amount I actually paid for. I just wont be going back. This was the only treat I get for myself but id rather go with out then go on getting ripped off. 👎

I actually have to OPEN it at the window everytime because the past times within the last month or so I've gotten to work with black coffee... the girl was so rude because I opened it. Tried to explain to her I have to do that because of the coffee issue.. she didn't want to hear it and said did you really have to open it to hand it back. If it was right the first time I wouldn't have to open it everytime... lets be nicer to the customer even during busiest times. I get the same thing when I go. How is it that hard for hot chocolate!!!!!

- CBCaleb BurkeJul 21, 20263.0First off, the girls working here are amazing. Professional, kind, and very efficient at their job. I ordered my normal coffee that I've ordered for almost 15 years now (large iced coffee, 3 hazelnut, 2 cream, 3 sugar, less ice) the color was super light so I went in to ask them to remake it, they happily remade it twice in full view, so I know they did it right, but the color was still off. I suspect the coffee itself was made very weak or with not enough grounds. My coffee still came out super light and watery, but it was not the fault of the girl that remade it. She did her job correctly, with the right ingredients and amounts, I just think the crew that brews the coffee needs to be a little more attentive to get a consistent product.
