- TPTorii Pinkerton2 days ago1.0I've had to just now resort to hot chocolate with espresso, because the drink is never the same of anything else I get so how can you mess up hot chocolate, by trying to be quick and putting just black coffee..... I actually have to OPEN it at the window everytime because the past times within the last month or so I've gotten to work with black coffee... the girl was so rude because I opened it. Tried to explain to her I have to do that because of the coffee issue.. she didn't want to hear it and said did you really have to open it to hand it back. If it was right the first time I wouldn't have to open it everytime... lets be nicer to the customer even during busiest times. I get the same thing when I go. How is it that hard for hot chocolate!!!!!

I ordered my normal coffee that I've ordered for almost 15 years now (large iced coffee, 3 hazelnut, 2 cream, 3 sugar, less ice) the color was super light so I went in to ask them to remake it, they happily remade it twice in full view, so I know they did it right, but the color was still off. I suspect the coffee itself was made very weak or with not enough grounds. My coffee still came out super light and watery, but it was not the fault of the girl that remade it. She did her job correctly, with the right ingredients and amounts, I just think the crew that brews the coffee needs to be a little more attentive to get a consistent product.

They rang me up for food I didn’t order gave me a refund then still messed it up, Mabey instead of 2 people running the drive thru you make one person take orders and if people can’t wait then their 20 other shops in town I’ve never been to a Dunkin so unorganized in my life , then again every restaurant in Minerva that’s fast food is complete garbage and not edible
