  Sat in the drive thru from 10:00am to 11:30am. Left with no food nor no refund. It took 1 1/2 to get through drive thru. I had about 6 or so cars ahead of me. I got to the speaker and he said it would be a few before he could take my order. I waited probably 15minutes before he finally took the order. I ordered and waited another half hour before I got to the first window to pay. Then waited another half hour to get to the 2nd window. They gave me my orange juice then asked if I happened to have the receipt. I said no he didn't give me one.she said can you repeat what I ordered, I started to repeat my order, she's yelling back to the kitchen repeating what I ordered. She then stops before she even let's me finished and said,you're going to need to pull up and come in and reorder. I said im not going to do that because I was still in pjays and slippers. She says o we don't care about that. I said but I do...im not parking and coming in. she yelled at someone in the restaurant she's refusing to do that.then tells me to just pull up and someone would bring the food out. Lol they didnt even know what I ordered . I said im not moving up and waiting longer. It's already been a 1 1/2. Then I said I would just take a refund. She went and got some guy and he said unfortunately we can't give a refund because the manager wasn't there. He said write your name n number down and the manager would call and refund. So I did. Heard nothing that day nor the next. So I called this morning asked to talk with the manager. The girl said he left for the day.( 9:30am) is the time I called. She said but im also the manager what can I do for you? So I explained this situation and she said she couldn't do refund because she was new at this. She said he was supose to call you yesterday but didn't get around to it. But she would give him the message and would call me. I think a lot of retraining needs to be done. Nobody knew what they were doing. I'm not the only one that had problems that morning. We all sat there for over 1 1/2 no explanation no apologies and no caring. I seen so many cats pull off or going back in that morning. Obviously they don't care about there customers as today is the 3rd day and haven't heard nothing till I called. So no food and no money and a bunch of wasted time.

  Don't waste your time or money at this McDonald's! Drive to Coshocton or Loudonville for much faster and more pleasant experience! I ordered online and sat in the same position in the drive thru for 45 minutes maybe even 50 minutes.

  Last month I ordered off the app. My order was cancelled because the store was supposedly too busy. Almost $80... Never got my money back. Tried ordering breakfast since we don't do that often. I ordered, I paid. Dasher is waiting for my food... Then I get the message they are no longer serving breakfast so they won't give my food to the driver. 🤬🤬🤬 We get the food cold all the time anyways!!

  We stopped here for breakfast on our way to the Amish area. We waited several minutes to be waited on and we were the only customers in the place. A female continued to yell from the kitchen area “be there in a minute”. Several minutes later she finally came out of the kitchen area, stopped at the drive thru window to talk to a customer and play with the dog in the vehicle. We continued to wait. She finally took our order, was rude, and generally not nice. Asked for a small complimentary water, was charged 35 cents, could not believe we were being charged for water. Her response was “yep we charge, what’s the big deal it is only 35 cents”. My husband paid in cash, she placed the change and dollars on the small ledge by the cash register instead of handing him the money. It took several minutes to get our food, two sandwiches and two hash browns. When she brought the food to the table, she slammed the tray down on the table, my husband said “thank you”, she turned around and left without saying anything. What is wrong with a simple “you’re welcome”. While we were eating there was a lot of yelling and foul language coming from the kitchen area. Last time we will be giving this place our money!!! No wonder this McDonald’s has a low review rating. Rude employees with no customer service skills!!!
