  One of the worst experiences I've ever had at any establishment. Did a mobile order at 5pm. and didn't get my food until after 6 and it wasn't even packed. They just look at you standing at the counter. Nobody to take your order or even ask why you're there. This place needs better management

  ordered online at 5:09. got there at 5:15. sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes. then went up and got our drinks and was told to wait at the end of the line and we waited for over 30 minutes and left because we never got our food. everyone was in line not moving and people were leaving. absolutely horrible service! never going here again!

  They continuously canceled our online order and then told us to get out of line to order again, then we ended up waiting endlessly for our food. Every time I come here I have a terrible experience and end up waiting 20+ minutes for food that looks like it was put together in 10 seconds. Get better staff.

  Gave me the wrong order wasted a hour of my time tried to give me my order that’s been sitting there the whole time. Then waited another 20 mins for them to remake my order and then they just had it sitting there again instead of giving it to me. Didn’t realize I was wrong for just wanting the $30 worth of food I just purchased from them. Great way to treat your customers. Thanks.

  Waited 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of me, and they didnt take a single order. Gave up and went to chic fil a cause at least they serve you
