  Took forever to get my order. Once I get it. I go home which is literally 5 minutes up the road. My tots and fries are ice cold and hard. I go to return the tots and fries an the 2 girls said it was too long to replace the order which was maybe 20 mins between the drive home checking food and going back. Refused to replace the food, then slammed window shut when I asked for manager. I will never return to this sonic. The teenagers there are rude, seemed to be bothered I came back and need a attitude adjustment. Why pull me forward then give me old food! Makes no sense. Then to refuse to replace it. Id just rather stay away. I filed complaint, but we'll see if anything happens.

  Literally came 5 minutes before close and they had the absolute best attitude and amazing food. Whoever the crew leader was that was a really nice young lady. I really appreciate you very much. You made my night!
