  Love coming to this Skyline, everyone is always so friendly and I’ve never had an issue. My family comes at least once a week! 😁

  Yesterday evening my wife went through the drive through to get food for our family. After she got home we realized they forgot to put her chili cheese sandwiches in our bag, pretty annoying but what are you going to do. She called up to the store and spoke with a male manager. He apologized, took her information and told her to come back through the next day so they can make it right (he was very nice). Today she went back to this location to get her replacement and the kids who work the drive-thru were extremely rude, acted like she was making it up to get free food and refused to give her the replacement sandwiches that we paid for the night before. As someone who has been coming to this location for years, the recent decline in customer service is abhorrent. Not only did they mess up an order but they then embarrassed a lifetime customer, in front of our daughter, who was just trying to give them a chance to correct their mistake. The manager on duty today, Lexi, was less than helpful and refused to rectify the situation. Probably not a great idea to allow high school kids to run a store if they are unable to rectify a 5 dollar mistake. Given their lack of customer service I would go to any other location.

  Why does restaurant staff think it's okay to put on clean gloves with dirty hands then prepare your food? We placed an order last night through the drive-thru. When we got to the window and the cashier gave us the total, we realized the order was wrong. Instead of making the correction with the kitchen staff, she left her register where she's handled other customers cash and cards then transferred those germs to clean gloves and remade our food herself. We should have asked for a refund because it went straight to the trash. This is not okay and it's certainly not sanitary. Learn that please!!!!!

  Ordered a large 3-way and it was noticeably underfilled (see photo). Didn’t have time to go back, but very disappointing for a "large". Called the store afterward and was only offered a mailed coupon instead of a replacement.
