  Is it really that hard to have an actual person take your order? I ordered one chicken and fries box, got 2 and got charged for 2, and didn’t get my sauce even though the machine asked if I wanted any. It’s fast food, give someone a headset like every other fast food place.

  There food was nasty and the people are not very friendly at all the lady that took my order and gave me my food was very rude and my food was cold ugh 😑 😒 I was not happy 😑 I will not return 😑

  Be prepared to wait an exceptionally long time in the drive thru for food that is garbage. This is time you will never get back.

  The food was hot and delicious! I'm so happy to have a Rally's my be that taste good again. If your skeptical about this location because of past experiences it's worth a try again. I gave it a try after years and was surprised enough that I gave them a call to let them all know they are doing a great job. It's hard to find a fast food place in Milford that cares to make fresh and hot food anymore. I also came when they were slow and they had no other customers so I was skeptical on if I was going to get food that was sitting around awhile and that was not the case. Keep up the great work!
