  My blended mocha tasted like plain, watered-down milk with absolutely no chocolate or espresso flavor. For the price, I expected a rich coffee and cocoa profile, but it was just a bland, icy disappointment.

  Line was long, but the girls working were so friendly and bubbly. It seemed they were really enjoying their work. No complaints. Loved the maple waffle and the protein coffee.

  I go to Dutch 5-7 times a week I was so happy as a Texan in ohio they finally Opened a location here! Savannah is the absolute best and I probably wouldn’t go as much if it was not for her. Ownership needs to know how wonderful she is!

  I used to come here every other day, since I work as an overnight caregiver, and work 12 hour long shifts. Up until recently, the service was amazing, and every time I came through, the baristas were super kind and gave helpful recommendations on what to try. However, as of this month and last, the service is VERY hit or miss, and unfortunately, the bad apples spoil the bunch. I came through yesterday, really excited to get myself a treat, since it had been about a week or so since my last visit. The line was a bit long, which isn't abnormal, and the barista taking orders was kind. I ordered the seasonal Coconut Cream Latte, with Breve instead of 2% Milk. As I'm sitting at the window, the two baristas are talking about my order, because one of them got confused about whether it was 2% or Breve, which would have been fine; it's understandable. However, one of them says, "Does she even realize there's a line?" when I am right in front of the window. It was so unbelievably awkward, and I know for a fact she must have realized I heard her, because she peered out the windows at me right after, and started acting *very* nice. I understand being drained because of the line, however, I only ordered one drink, and all that I changed was the kind of milk in it. I get if you are frustrated about so many customers coming through, but that does not mean you should be rude, especially when I tip $3 on a $6 cup of coffee.

  Up until this week (6/2/26-6/3/26), I would easily give Dutch Bros 5 stars. So, I am hoping this is only a momentary issue that is resolved quickly. I always order the same thing, 2 medium iced golden eagles, 1 of them decaf for my husband. They are always spot on. I drive 45 min to get here at least 1-2x a week because it's my treat for working hard. Yesterday and today, when I received my normal drinks, they were nasty. It tasted like the half and half was spoiled. Yesterday, sadly, I didnt get the opportunity to go back and get it fixed. My MIL picked it up for me and brought it to me. But today when I picked up again hoping to make up for yesterday, as I was driving off taking my first sip, the awful taste hit me again. I returned immediately and asked if they could be replaced. Like I said, I drive a decent distance and want my coffee treat to taste delicious. They suggested possibly it was the half and half causing the issue. They made my replacements with 2% milk instead. It tasted much better but still not as good as the normal version. Like I said, I'm hoping this issue is resolved quickly and my drinks go back to normal. If not, sadly, I will change my coffee fix to somewhere else. I will post an updated review if it goes back to normal! Please note, the employees at this location are awesome and always so friendly and upbeat. They help make my experience positive no matter what. This review is solely regarding the quality of my beverages. -- Sincerely, a loyal, but sad customer.
