  absolutely terrible. i ordered a strawberry smoothie with strawberry drizzle on top and the cup is completely filled with whipping cream. there’s barely any smoothie and it’s melted and warm. will not be coming back. they were upset because we used the free medium drink reward. do not work where they offer it if you can’t handle it.

  An attendant took my order and charged me soon after entering the drive through line. Then barely any cars moved for 20 minutes. I wasn't going to be late for work just for a coffee so I drove away empty handed. Don't open a drive through if you can't operate it efficiently, at least don't charge people and hold them hostage in a line that doesn't move. I wish I could have tried the coffees I paid for.

  I first tried Dutch Bros while traveling in Texas after hearing so much about it over the years. As a bit of a coffee enthusiast, I was really excited, and my first experience didn’t disappoint. The coffee was great, and I loved the wide variety of sugar-free and dairy-free options. When I found out they were opening locations in Cincinnati, I was genuinely thrilled. I fully expected it to become my go-to spot and replace my usual Starbucks runs. The staff at this location are friendly, which I do appreciate. However, the service has consistently been slow. Even when there isn’t much of a line, I never expect to get in and out quickly. While some of the coffee drinks I’ve had here have been good, my biggest issue has been the inconsistency, especially with the energy drinks. I frequently order the same iced Rebel with the same syrup, but the flavor seems to vary from visit to visit. More often than not, it ends up tasting watered down. My most frustrating experience was during a recent visit when I ordered the drink blended, as advertised. I expected a smooth, slushy consistency, but instead received a half-liquid drink filled with large chunks of unflavored ice. The texture and lack of proper blending made it really unpleasant, and I ended up throwing it away after just a few sips. It didn’t match the quality or appearance that was advertised and honestly felt like a waste of both time and money. I understand that they will remake drinks if something isn’t right, but I don’t think that should be necessary so often. With the longer wait times, I didn’t even have the time to stay for a remake. Between the slow service, higher prices, and inconsistency in quality, I can’t confidently say this lives up to what I was hoping we’d get in Cincinnati.

  First complaint is the girl taking our order was rude and condescending. My husband ordered a mocha cold brew with soft top, and she corrected the way he said it.. even though he read it directly off of the menu. She scoffed at him and rolled her eyes. Following that, there were only two cars ahead of us and we waited almost 30 minutes!! Then our drinks.. disgusting. My cold brew tastes like water, you can’t even taste mocha in it. My husband and son got chocolate milk shakes and they look like vanilla. Waste of money and time
