  Usually Chipotle is great, but this last visit wasn't. Crispy rice, spicy guac (I like it but my daughter didn't finish her food because of it and she always gets guac), a hair on a chip, full garbage cans, and the kid behind the counter was not a good fit for a customer service role (cashier was nice though!). This is the 2nd time we've been to this store instead of our usual stop at Loveland and both times have been disappointing. I'll just avoid this location.

  The people are nice enough but this is the slowest chipotle I’ve ever seen. And it’s consistently that way. There is just a clear lack of leadership or any concern for pace. After weeks of being irritated I actually timed it today. I was there for 15 minutes and they managed to ring out 2 or 3 of the 10 person line before I finally left. I literally spend $3-400 per month at chipotle but I can’t take this one any longer. I can’t take a half hour ever time I want two scoops of chicken and some rice. Also, ordering ahead is terrible bc you get half the portion almost every very time.

  This was, without question, one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I found a hair inside my bowl, and the rice was still undercooked. That is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of cleanliness and quality control. The moment I saw the hair, I immediately threw my entire meal in the trash because I was disgusted. No customer should ever have to worry about finding hair in their food. I only wish I had taken a picture because people need to know what happened. Where was the manager? Where is the owner? Is anyone supervising the kitchen or checking the food before it is served? This level of carelessness is shocking. I sincerely hope the health department inspects this location because if customers are finding hair in their food and being served undercooked rice, there may be much bigger sanitation and food safety problems behind the scenes. I will never return to this location, and I cannot recommend it to anyone until major changes are made. Customers deserve safe, clean, properly prepared food—not an experience that makes them throw their meal away in disgust.
