  5 ppl working and a line around the corner...ppl just standing around talking ...order was wrong ...missing food...it's expected at this TB it seems

  Terrible service, terrible food. The least they can do is make the food fresh. Let alone get the actual order correct.

  It’s pretty sad when u Go to this location most of the stuff is unfriendly and rude. Placed an order today and Got home it was the wrong order. I go back up to the store to tell them and as soon as I get up to the drive-through two women are giving me attitude where the old food is before I can even get my replacement. The attitude came as soon as they opened up the window because they’re upset because they made the food wrong. I gave them the food. They look at it the one black girl rolls Her eyes and says really Don’t worry, sweetheart I heard you all the way inside while you were standing behind another female The other female looks at me and one almost wanted me to give the whole bag of food back. I had bought multiple other things for other people so they’re wanting all the food back not just the wrong stuff. It seemed like and as I go to pull away and I say thank you the girl that was left at the window just looked at me and give me a dirty look That location Needs to be shut down or something I’m sorry, but no matter who I go with to that location. Ordering at the store or even on Taco Bell or DoorDash Food is never made right And the service is always horrible. They treat you like you are the scum.

  I just went through the drive thru and I placed a mobile order. I ordered a supreme luxe box, asked for no tomato on the chalupa - as I have a severe tomato allergy. Well I get my food and I’m missing my crunchy taco, and on top of that I can’t even eat my chicken chalupa I ordered because it’s smothered in tomatoes. So I literally only got a burrito and cinnamon twists (which I don’t eat I throw out) so just one item and I paid $7.50 for it. Thanks.

  Sat at the speaker box when they had no customers in the drive thru except for me and waited about 6 mins and got no response even when trying to talk to them. Pulled up to the window and no one came over for 4 mins and the girl answering told em she didn’t know i was at the box nor could she take my order because “it’s technically not my shift anymore” i asked if anyone could just come and take my order then? And she walked away. She ended up taking my order but I’m confused why you’re still clocked in with a headset on and working but refusing to answer people for orders
