They are always rude one time my moms sandwich had 2 pieces of bacon on a blt i called and she said well come get more bacon then when i asked for a manager shelhung up. I ordered an hour ahead of pick up today drive from dayton home and still had to wait a half hour. This time the guy was actually nice. Only reason I have to come here is because the other locations are across town.eff this place
