  If I could rate this a 0 I would. My husband waited over 10 minutes after the pizza was already out of the oven. We sit down to eat and first bite I take has a hair in it. I'm completely grossed out and will never eat another Papa John's pizza again. This place needs to be evaluated and told to wear hairnets.

  Made an online order and 2 hours later the food showed up Luke warm. I called the store to see where the food was and was told they only had 2 people working. The food was out for delivery for over an hour. If a store cannot be staffed properly then it should not be operating.

  Order placed at 6:50 it is now 840 still waiting on pizza. App said delivered we called and they said the pizza just left. They must not want repeat customers. I would suggest with all the reviews they replace the owners. A good one would be working if they are short staffed.

  The Philly cheese steak was terrible no meat no cheese. I've had better out of a vending machine

  Absolutely awful. Place an order, an hour later the app told me door dash was picking it up (didn't realize that or is have ordered directly through door dash). The delivery time kept getting later and later and the doordasher app said dasher was making other stops. So we called the store and the manager was extremely rude said the dasher already picked it up and left. Then hung up on my husband. Called the dasher and he said he was still at Papa John's waiting on a 2nd order that was placed an HOUR after our order. It's been nearly 2 hours and We have no food, out the money, and have been hung up on. Really don't recommend. We won't ever order from here again.
