As much as the staff are friendly, and my order usually comes out right, I hate going to this location because of the drive thru and parking lot set up. I come to this location on a regular basis and I have lost count on how many near accidents I've seen. People park wherever they feel like because there's no clear signage directing traffic for the drive thru and where to park when waiting for an order to come out. Just this morning, 2 people parked in the drive thru line while waiting for their order, rather than parking in the spaces next to the drive thru line. There needs to be clear signs pointing people to the entrances and exits. And there needs to be clear signs for where to park when waiting for an order so people don't get stuck behind someone who has decided to park in the drive thru. Sooner or later, someone is going to cause an accident at this location.

I spilled my breakfast (not Dunkin) all over myself this morning. I walked in to get napkins and the nice young lady realized I was wiping myself off. She offered me a wet rag to help clean myself up. After I returned the rag to her they offered me a free drink even though my drink didn’t spill! They Dunkin employees are all VERY kind and I am grateful for their service

My favorite donut is a very popular one, but it seems like they either run out quickly, don't make enough or don't make any at all...

Employees don't know the menu. I asked for an unflavored sweetener and the drive-thru attendant assumed sugar free vanilla syrup, so when I asked for a non-vanilla sweetener, she said "We have normal sugar", granted I ordered an ICED coffee, so granulated sugar wouldn't be great; at all. So I asked if they had a normal unflavored liquid Sweetener and she said "No." Needless to say my coffee was trash 😂 but hey, what did I expect? Competence?

This location sucks, there's no other way to put it. A normal Dunkin experience not only has good coffee, but great service. Not here! The iced coffee has so much ice that they should just call it a cup of ice, the coffee is super watered down, and the service sucks. I don't think I've ever had a worker at this location smile at me, let alone tell me to have a good day. And look, I get it... Wages are low so I'm not expecting them to greet me like I'm the Messiah, however, every other Dunkin donuts I've been to the staff is very polite. The icing on the cake for me, is when it's time to pay in the drive-thru at any other Dunkin I've ever been to when you hand them your debit card in the drive-thru they swipe it and hand it back to you. Not this location, they have connected their credit card machine to a stick so they can shove it in your face so you can be sure to see the tip button, I even have one of the workers say " don't forget the tip button". They have literally detached the credit card machine from the register to attach it to a stick to cram it in your car so you will feel pressured into tipping on a $3 freaking cup of coffee. Ridiculous!
