The rice was vastly undercooked to the point of being crunchy, making the burrito inedible. I tried to call the number to talk to a manager and explain the issue but it's impossible now due to being redirected to AI. Any company that cares so little about quality control doesn't deserve any more of my money ever again and it doesn't deserve yours, especially in this economy. Caveat emptor. I'll never set food in a Chipotle ever again and to anyone reading this, I'd advise you to so the same. PS. Good luck getting a refund. Edited after the response: yet more canned AI. I rest my case.
- JGJess GJul 21, 20261.0This is the nastiest Chipotle I’ve ever seen. Every time I come in whether they are busy or not the back station for DT orders is DISGUSTING. There is sooo much crud and mucky food build up between the trays of ingredients on the prep table that if you have an allergy to mold STAY AWAY. Beneath their feet is more trash, cup lids, sauce, spilt food, and black filth where they haven’t bothered cleaning between rushes so it’s now moldy. The trashcan RIGHT NEXT TO THE STATION, is always overflowing with bloody beef and chicken wrappers from the cooks with swarming flies. As soon as they finish making food the two girls there most evening grab phones never once turning to see if a customer needs them or changing gloves. Walking into that once here or there is whatever…but this is EVERY SINGLE TIME! I suggested the ladies clean up once and they smirked at me and said, “The Customer would be happy to get some steak that fell into their chicken bowl!” I left and never came back. I will never place an order here EVER AGIAN!
