  Este es el peor lugar donde está la membresía de Chipotle, pedí mi comida para llevar a lo que actualmente están dando cantidades mínimas con relación a lo que cuesta el menú, le recomiendo a las personas no solo revisar su comida antes de retirarse del lugar para evitar sorpresas, actualmente es decepcionante para el consumidor. Si hago este comentario negativo es para ayudar a las personas no sean sorprendidas por este lugar.

  Horrible, horrible experience today. We ordered lunch today to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. You know how pretty much every other app on the face of the planet will tell you you are outside of your normal area or force you to pick a location for where you're trying to shop close to you? No! Not Chipotle! So two of us ended up ordering from the wrong Chipotle and on top of that it was two separate wrong Chipotles. There was no way to cancel an order in the app unless you went through 15 minutes with Pepper, the chat bot in which time the store you need to cancel it with has already made your order. When you try to reach the store, it connects you to customer service in India and then when you finally do get to someone, you have to complete another order at the correct store to be able to cancel the order at the wrong store. Yet when you do that it does not restore the coupon you tried to use on the first incorrect order. So now a half hour later it's too late to to cancel an order that you are going out of your way to be considerate of doing. Customer service in India continues to try to send you emails to cancel your order another way, but for some reason those emails don't come through yet your order confirmations do, even sending them to two different emails in an attempt to get them received. So the fantastic customer service in India tells you to try another device. It's the same damn email no matter what device I do it on and like I said I get your other emails. I don't think she sent them at all. She told me since I wasn't receiving the emails I could just try again later on. Later on is not our lunch time. I also wonder what you do with all the wasted food because it's not like this has just happened to us. Your company brags about being health conscious and good for the environment yet this food goes to waste or if the employees are allowed to eat orders that are not picked up, you are putting everyone at risk for food that has sat there for or awhile with bacteria starting to grow in it from sitting out unrefrigerated.

  Dane asked if I was vegan, so he could get new guacamole with no cheese accidentally sprinkled into it. Abbi remember my order from last time, and both were pleasant.

  Currently awaiting a response back after placing a complaint with Pepper. Waited an additional 20 minutes for a bowl that was undercooked and had pieces of metal from an iron wool. Had to dry heave into the trash to make sure I didn’t eat anything hazardous. Had to waste both bowls because of this.
