  The manager Casey hung up on me after my food was incorrect. And she’s the store manager…. Rude as all get out! Jaden the manager that took care of me should be the store manager. Definitely not someone as rude as Casey!!!!! Hope this 1 star made you smile today Casey!!!! ;)

  The Middletown Elliot dr. Arby's location have the nicest, most helpful manager & employees. The entire store was super clean, good service and fresh food. I ordered the turkey gyros & crinkle cut fries, tonight approximately 9:00 pm. Everything was great. Thank you.

  Frequently forget food items. I’ve had my kids meal missing the chicken strips before and today I was missing the au jus with my French dip sandwich. Today they also added stuffed jalapeños I didn’t even order. 🤨
