    The customer service is worse than the food and that's pretty disgusting. They cant get your order right, nor can they get the replacement order right and refuse to correct their mistakes even though they know they made it. Jared has an obnoxious smile like he's proud to mess orders up and not fix them and the manager Casey cant handle complaints because she was busy doing her counts. Ridiculous to say the least. Go to the new Arby's. They have to be better than this one!!

    The morning crew is the best of the best, quick friendly service, best biscuits in town! I'm usually there at least 5 mornings a week, the manager is usually running the drive thru, her and her crew keeps the line moving, definitely my favorite breakfast stop on the way to work!

    There was a large hair all in the mayonnaise of our chicken sandwich.. We give the sandwich back hoping they’ll remake it. 5 minutes later, they bring us the same exact sandwich with the hair still in it!! We bring it back up to the counter asking for a refund after giving them a chance to just remake the sandwich. The assistant manager lazily refunds it and never apologizes. Making us feel like we’re in the wrong.
