  14 minutes ago New One of my favorite items is the pecan chicken salad sandwich. In my home town Arbys I get one a couple times a week. While working out of town I stopped to eat at another location and while the staff was very friendly thats the worse sandwhich ive ever seen. There was nothing but dry diced up chicken in the bread , zero dressing/mayo hardly any fruit or pecans. Just plain diced chicken. I was debating on throwing it away but it costs to much for that. So I guess I will be mixing with my own mayo!

  Absolute worst Arby's I've ever ate at in my life Ordered a super Some french dips And a curly fry And the super Had zero lettuce on it Tiny rotten tomato slices absolutely no super sauce whatsoever on it And about half the meat it was supposed to have The French dips Had no Swiss cheese on it And about half the meat it was supposed to have The curly fries We're so hard I couldn't even bite into him straight out of the drive-thru window Then when I call They act like I'm the problem and that they were out of everything and then decided it was a good idea to not tell the customer who was paying for something specific that half of their food wasn't going to be in there but yet I get charged full price And I had to go back and get a refund And said that three people can't run an Arby's Which is absolutely laughable There were five people in line in front of me it took 27 minutes to get through live Also They don't open their lobby and they only allow doordashers to come in Which is probably the reason it took almost 30 minutes to get through the line because they're focusing on doordash instead of focusing on the people that are actually there paying money in person for their actual food Absolutely ridiculous They build a brand new store And it's Then It's been there for 20 years Just crazy Don't eat here Go to some other town and eat Arby's do not eat Arby's in Middletown because it is absolutely the worst food you will ever get from an Arby's go to Franklin or springbro because they actually do their job right and take accountability for what's going on

  The guy at the counter was super friendly even though they were out of roast beef which is what I wanted he was quick to offer other options with zero attitude and food was fast and hot

  My family eat here alot and when we ask for our fries and cheese sticks to be dropped fresh due to our long drive back they always drop them fresh for us so thank you for caring and also being friendly! Tonight 2 of our chicken wraps wasn't made correctly but spoke to manager named Dalton and he was very sincere & apologized and made it right so thank you for being such a nice respectful manager! 🙂
