  Never have they been able to complete an order for me correctly. There's always something. This time was with the NEW! Hot Honey Egg Sandwich. Apparently the hot honey spread is discontinued, and instead of consulting me first, they just decided to use plain spread instead. Plain spread is not the spread I would have chosen. Last visit I ordered the Farmhouse Egg Sandwich and they made the executive decision to not add meat to my sandwich, even though I had, indeed, ordered and desired that on the sandwich. They assumed that I don't actually know what I want and they know better. I've had to stand and patiently wait by the register for coffee cups while the staff sees me, makes eye contact, said to their coworker "I think that guy needs help," and then walks away to the back. That other coworker sees me, says "uhhhh do you need something," and then also walks away when I ask for cups. The manager then comes out to the front, again asks rudely what I'm doing there, and then proceeds to slap two coffee cups into my hand after I ask for them and they checked to receipt to make sure I'm not stealing two cups of mediocre coffee. Every time I've picked up my order something is completely wrong. Every time I've picked up my order I've told my wife that I will not be going there again. And then we give it 3-4 months and give it another shot, and surprise surprise, my order is wrong. Every. Single. Time. This is the last straw. I will gladly drive further and spend more money and support Cocky's Bagels.

  Always a great experience! Matt greets me with a warm smile, calls out my name and remembers my order every time. Friendly inviting atmosphere! Highly recommend

  I’ve been coming here for a few years with my friends and the food has always been amazing every time. I always look forward to my trips here and the workers are always so friendly! Especially Denise, she always goes above and beyond! 😁 definitely would recommend, the price is worth the quality and experience

  I go into Einstein a couple days a week early in the morning for work. Everyone is so kind there and they make the best flavored coffee that is always piping hot and ready for the work day. Thanks again to the staff at this location!

  Everytime I come to Einsteins everything is always amazing. Now there are times they are out of certain bagels by the time I get there. Today they were out of my husbands favorite. My husband visually became sad upon hearing they were out of his bagel but said they can make it for him. We received our 2 bagels and 2 egg sandwiches, and they were delicious. This is our favorite einsteins location. Always recommend this location
