  So for the most part, I don’t have an issue with the Middleburg location, but today Aug 4th 6 AM tall very skinny blonde and the reason I’m pointing her out so that she can be spoken to because she has a horrible attitude. I come here on a daily basis seven days a week so I’m spending approximately between six and seven dollars Once a day twice a day sometimes as well. What I don’t understand is why I have to get so much attitude when I send my coffee back because I don’t like the way you made it. First off I have to say a splash of milk because If I don’t, the majority of the drink is milk I was told that the Blondies were made with half-and-half so the way I assumed it to be I wanted to add a splash of milk to that. She brings me the coffee with a good chunk of it missing anyways again I get this on a daily basis and it’s too dark so I asked her is the half-and-half in there? She claps back you said you wanted a splash of milk I said yes but on top of what you already put in there because I was sold by another employee, that was how it was made so now I don’t know what’s going on either way I asked her to add some half-and-half in it and she had a whole attitude about it. This girl never smiles never polite. She just shouldn’t come out of her house. There’s a lot of other girls there that are happy to be there. That can carry a conversation that are extremely polite that don’t get mad when you say, can you please clean my cup off that’s another thing. This is the second time this happened the first time I let it go because she corrected herself which was another girl. But I’ve had it up to here now at this point when I’m spending this much money for some coffee you don’t own the place you’re not losing anything I don’t understand why you have to start somebody’s day off on a bad note you guys are the first group of people most people deal with in the morning your attitude could rub off onto somebody else and you don’t know what a person is dealing with and just wants a good cup of coffee. For you to get upset at a person wanting what they paid for Or a clean cup is beyond me. If you don’t like your job quit and I shouldn’t have to worry and pull up and watch what you’re doing worried that she might pull what the girl all over TikTok at the other location did flicking her boogers in a drink. This seems to be an issue at almost every coffee shop. You girls need to start drinking coffee so that maybe you can understand why somebody wants their coffee to be correct, besides the fact that we’re spending 6 to 7 dollars on it. I’m sick of the attitude

  I’ve been here 5 times and the staff talk bad right in front of you about not choosing to tip. Another staff member had a full blown conversation about it with me and made me uncomfortable. I drove 10 minutes here to pick up my coffee like I do with every other fast food place. And they get really mad if you don’t tip. Tipping culture is getting out of control at this Seven Brew location
