    Normally I don't have problems with this store but this is now the second time it's happened. I ordered apple pie and get strawberry cream which I'm not a fan of. I was looking so forward to the fried apple pies. I know the apple pie boxes are red. How can the employees not know the difference. Also our hamburger buns were toasted so dark it tasted burnt. I think some of the issue is because I request the burgers plain as my husband doesn't like cheese or the other items on the sandwich. The employees don't like special orders.

    I was there to type up some work so I had a macchiato with a pie and it worked out very well I had a little bit to eat I did a little work and I felt real good about it it arrived just as I expected I ordered my mobile app and it came to the table I was extremely pleased

    Drive through, it's a double. One had five cars go through it without taking my order. Actually backed up and was finally able to get my order placed. They acted like I shouldn't say something about 5 people being helped before me. Super shitty experience.

    Im a manager, and have worked in Customer service for 7+ years and Janice (I hope I spelled that right) third shift, had amazing customer service. I came through multiple times for DoorDash orders and also placed my own order for pickup there, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were in and out the line quick with a smile. She deserves a raise ✅

    This is by far the most consistently frustrating McDonald’s I’ve visited. My order is regularly incorrect, and when mistakes happen, management makes it unnecessarily difficult to get them corrected. The last time I ordered a Big Mac with no lettuce and no pickles, it was made incorrectly. When I brought it back after taking one bite to verify the order was wrong, I was told they couldn’t replace it because I had already taken a bite. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to know it’s wrong without actually tasting it. The fries have also been a recurring issue. The last two visits, they were cold. Both times I returned them, and on one occasion I was given a smaller replacement because I had eaten a few fries before realizing they weren’t fresh. To make matters worse, the original medium fry was already underfilled. The employees at the drive-thru window have generally been polite and have tried to help, so my frustration isn’t with them. The bigger issue appears to be management and the lack of consistent training, accountability, and quality control. If orders were made correctly and food was served fresh the first time, these situations wouldn’t keep happening. I work in management myself, and I would never tolerate this type of customer experience or management behavior at any of my locations. When mistakes happen, leaders should focus on making things right for the customer, not arguing over replacements caused by their own team’s errors. The franchise owner or district manager needs to take a serious look at this location. Based on my experiences, this is one of the worst-run McDonald’s locations I’ve encountered.
