- BHBrayden HApr 30, 20262.0I enjoy the food that five guys serves. But man does this location have a MASSIVE issue with undercooking their burgers. I usually only eat in Five Guys, have maybe gotten it for delivery 1 or 2 times in the past year. But more times than not, atleast one patty is decently pink on the inside. I do not believe there is any standards in the restaurant for proper cooking time, and that the chefs are simply eyeballing the doneness. Which is a recipe for disaster when the cook is a different person every day. It always worries me in the back of my head when my food comes out too quick. Because I know 9/10 it is underdone. And it is very frustrating as it’s not very fixable. I’d like to enjoy more meals here without dissecting the burger every time. Cause it’s very good when done the right way.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
