I showed the manager my son's now bleach stained pants that he got from sitting at the table in the dining room and all I got in return was "sorry.. what do you want me to do about it?". And from another manager "that sucks. I have kids too." WORST customer service ever. Do not eat here. Honestly don't even step foot inside unless you want a headache from bleach fumes and to buy a new outfit.

I usually only eat in Five Guys, have maybe gotten it for delivery 1 or 2 times in the past year. But more times than not, atleast one patty is decently pink on the inside. I do not believe there is any standards in the restaurant for proper cooking time, and that the chefs are simply eyeballing the doneness. Which is a recipe for disaster when the cook is a different person every day. It always worries me in the back of my head when my food comes out too quick. Because I know 9/10 it is underdone. And it is very frustrating as it’s not very fixable. I’d like to enjoy more meals here without dissecting the burger every time. Cause it’s very good when done the right way.
