  The hours on the door states that the store opens at 10:45. I arrived at 11:00 and as told at the counter for several minutes. Every employee ignored me. Finally someone said they’d be open in 15 minutes. I waited. 35 minutes goes by and still no one is ready for us to order. Meanwhile, they are fulfilling online orders. I had to order it online and pick it up that way. Terrible terrible service. Will never return.

  Filthy. And don’t bother coming if you have any preference about what you end up getting. Wanted a chicken bowl with black beans. They were out of black beans and it would be a 6 minute wait, I said I would wait. After 10 minutes they finally got black beans so I entered the line again and then it was announced it would be a 10 minute late in chicken. Basically a chipotle roulette situation. I love chipotle but I have never had a good experience at this location and I will never be coming back. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the next one whoever might be reading this

  During lunch time today there was no chicken and no brown rice for lunches. Also, with an order placed I then was told this after the fact. When I asked what was to be in its place I was told I could wait 20 minutes for both even though we were on a 30 minute lunch break. When asking for our drink order which was ice tea I was told no ice tea was going to be brought out as the tea container was empty. As we explained we could not wait and needed to go back to work I had to choose another meat option. Then when asked if I could have a discount I was told no but I could have a meal next time we came in and to keep my receipt.

  Complete disaster. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Only to be told we only have brown rice. The people behind us were told they were out of rice completely. The people in front of us left after halfway through their order because they were out of pork. The girl cooking protein spent more time on her phone than on the flat top cooking. Out of steak. Had to wait on that. Then only got normal steak when I had asked for double. Had to remind them of that. Chili lime chips were stale. The floors and tables were covered in crumbled chips everywhere. And some of the employees were arguing with each other when it came time to pay. Wish I didnt have to give even a star.

  My father had a slight medical emergency this evening, while we were at this Chipotle. It had nothing to do with Chipotle and was related to something else, but at the time, I was very worried and wasn’t sure what to do. The staff immediately noticed what was happening and stepped in to help, providing water and other helpful items without anyone saying a word. I don’t know the names of the individuals who helped, but I’m grateful that they noticed and stepped up, not everyone will do that. It truly is the small and simple things that can make the difference. Thank you so much to the Chipotle staff for being so attentive and helpful this evening, I hope you all feel like rockstars because you are. and sorry for causing a scene.
