I watched them take the proteins off the line to fulfill mobile orders and didn’t even get an apology Very poor customer service

We wanted to eat in the store but it was so dirty we couldn't find a table. The drink station was gross and there weren't anymore lids. The rice wasn't cooked and also had tons of cilantro I was picking out because it wasn't chopped up enough. I was expecting better because it's Austin Landing and it's a higher end part of town. Super disappointed.

Sat waiting for them for 20 minutes before I was told it would be even longer. Terrible time management. Informed the manager they should probably tell people which ingredients aren’t available so we don’t waste our time, and she just stared blankly at me. Skip this location.
- TMTJ MeeksJul 21, 20262.0Manager and her boss were out in the dining room rearranging forks and napkins while there was no steak available for “15 min” (it ended up being closer to 25min). The cashier was very nice . Sorry that she has to work for people like that. In the meantime the grill cook stopped and took a break while steak was still unavailable and not even on the grill yet. If anyone higher up wants to watch the camera footage, it would be easy to see this play out in real time. Those in charge were obviously trying to make the store look good while foregoing the actually quality of service and food.
