Then the next a sugar free vanilla iced latte they made a iced Carmel coffee, then on the replacement gave me a regular iced vanilla latte instead of sugar free. Then finally today another iced latte and gave it to me with the cup just a little over halfway full... I appreciate the managers willingness to AtLeast try to make it right when they mess up, it's the only reason I didn't give a lesser rating. But definitely don't go through unless you have time to look through your order and more than likely wait while they fix it
