  I waited in the drive thru 20 minutes at the 2nd window. Nobody ever brought my food to the window. I had to go inside the restaraunt to ask about my order. The staff was nice but had to still cook my food. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  There was actual poop on the seat in the dining room. The customer service doesn't exist and it's clear the management think it just a party and McDonalds has no clue how poorly run it is

  Your business model is making it harder on staff and customers to get refills. Unless your goal is to save money when people decide not to get a refill. Your competitors still have this convenience.

  Ordered our food at 10:02AM. Didn't get our food until 10:38AM. There was plenty of employees standing around, laughing amongst themselves, and seemingly doing nothing. Probably explains why it took over 35 minutes. Food was lukewarm and borderline inedible by the time we finally got our meals. We won't be back.
