Had a roast beef sub with horsey sauce, Lays classic, and a Starry. It was really good, service was great, and the atmosphere was very comforting with nice music and lots of comfy booths. Kind of place that reminds you of your hometown no matter where you're from.

If I could give zero stars, I would—but unfortunately that’s not an option, much like canceling an order in the DiBella’s app (more on that later 🙃).
I placed and prepaid for my order through the DiBella’s Subs App because I was in a rush to pick up my son from the airport. Efficient, right? Wrong. While driving to the store, I get a call saying they’re out of the 10” bread I ordered. Not ideal, but fine—I asked them to upgrade the sandwich and I’d happily pay the difference when I arrived.
Nope. Apparently that was too wild of a concept.
They told me I needed to revise my order. I explained (politely!) that I was driving and couldn’t safely mess around on an app. I asked them—again—to just make the sandwich and we’d settle up in person. They agreed… or at least gave the impression they did.
Plot twist: they did absolutely nothing.
I arrive at the store, and surprise! No food. No attempt. Just vibes. They told me they couldn’t make the sandwich because they didn’t have the bread… and also refused to use the larger bread—even after I suggested (brace yourself) cutting a 14” down to 10”. I was told they “needed it for other customers.” Fascinating, considering I was a paid customer standing in an empty store.
Enter Kenny, the shift manager, who apparently thinks customer service means yelling and being outright disrespectful. Yes, I got upset—because being ignored, dismissed, and then yelled at will do that to a person. I wasn’t asking for anything free. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted the food I already paid for or some basic level of problem-solving.
Instead, I was told to cancel my order—which, again, is not even an option in the app. Incredible system you’ve got there.
After leaving (hungry and now late), I tried calling the store to get contact info for a manager. They hung up on me. Multiple times. I called back (yes, about 15 times—go ahead, call me a “Karen,” I’ve earned it at this point), and they either ignored me or picked up just to hang up again. When someone finally stayed on the line, Kenny could be heard yelling in the background and insulting me… for wanting the food I paid for.
Eventually, I spoke to someone higher up (AM or GM), whose grand solution was… refunding me for the food I never received. Groundbreaking.
After reading other reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one-off situation—this location clearly has ongoing issues, and Kenny seems to be right at the center of them.
All I wanted was a sandwich and a little common sense. What I got instead was a masterclass in how not to treat customers.
Congrats, DiBella’s Subs—you turned a simple lunch order into a full-blown episode of “Customer Service Gone Wrong.” 👏

We ordered food online for in-store pickup and when we arrived were told that they were out of everything bread, sesame bread and only had plain. They were also out of turkey and ham.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced this at this store either. The employees (and apparently management and owners) just don’t seem to care about their business. I’ve observed the employees being extremely rude and blatantly avoiding doing any work. There’s usually one person doing all of the work while the others are standing around talking or on their cell phones.
Save yourself some time, money and trouble and go to another sub shop, there are plenty in the area to chose from.
