    Location is too focused on to-go and DoorDash.. If you walk-in the order process is chaotic and staff is slow to serve you. And they were out of roast beef… how does that habit at a sandwich shop???

    Completely unimpressed. I usually go to the Mayfield location, but went to the Mentor location because it was on the way. I won't make this mistake again. My sandwich didn't have the horsey mayo I asked for, barely any spinach, my wife's sandwich had a small sprinkle of lettuce, my daughter asked for banana peppers and got Jalepenos. I scheduled a 330pm CURBSIDE order. I got there at 328pm and clicked "I'm here". I figured it may take a minute or two, nbd. At 343pm I decided to walk in and see what is going on. The restaurant was dead, I was the only customer there. From what I saw, 4 people were working. I asked, "curbside means you bring it out, right?". To which she seemed surprised that there was a curbside ordere and grabbed my order off the rack. No apologies, just "here you go". I even tipped a few bucks on the website for someone to have the hassle of bringing it out to me, I definitely won't do that in the future. They'll get cash if they deserve it, because that tip was a waste. Definitely going to avoid this location in the future. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy Dibellas, the Mayfield location is great. Mentor is 0/1, with a very bad show. First impressions are everything, if Mayfield hadn't been good in the past and this was my first time experience, I definitely wouldn't be coming back

    I visited the mentor location yesterday evening for two subs . I would have liked to have ordered online but my phone was dead so I walked in and asked the front desk if they could check 2 phone numbers, I wasn't sure which one and I wanted to see if I had rewards. I was told they could only check one. Then I was told that I was eligible for $2 off an Italian sub and or a free iced tea. I understand the $2 off an Italian sub but not sure why I had to order specifically an iced tea. I asked if I could get something else and I was told no. Then I ordered it to go which is normally what I do . When I got home both subs were incorrect with toppings and bread. I requested cheese on both and neither one came with cheese and one had the wrong kind of bread. Also I was the only one in the restaurant at that time with three employees. One employee only made my order. I was in there from start to finish a good 20 minutes which I thought was excessive for two subs. We love DiBella's except for the price so when our order is wrong it's very frustrating. We go maybe once a month and it seems like within the last year we've had to call in a complaint a couple few times , so this is really getting old.
