  Arrived at 5:55 pm on a Saturday, ( dinner time). There was only one other customer in the restaurant, who was waiting in line because their was no food prepped or ready and 80% of the employees doing nothing. It took way too long to even get acknowledged, then when asked what I would like, there was no rice, shells, beans, meat ready & what items were in the metal containers looked old and dry. This location is a failure & I walked out. Drove another 20 minutes east on I90 and hit the next Chipotle, which was great. This location- don't waste your time or money.

  Had decided to grab a bite to eat healthy at Chipotle today. We were travelling since morning from NY stopping at various stops along the way. So when we saw Chipotle which is our usual fastfood place, we were thrilled. But sadly we were disappointed with the customer service. One pf the staff.. a young guy saw us and still did not attend to us. There was no line and only 1 young family dining in. There was a older white lady who was free and yet she didnt take our order either and was chatting away with the guy. And as to the food ..the meat looked very old and dark. The place was very unclean too. The guy who was wiping the counter was dropping the couter food crumbs in the food containers. After feeling ignored and looking at the cleanliness situation, we decided to go to McDonalds where we werent disappointed. Will not recommend this stopover and will suggest staff training in customer service and cleanliness maintenance.

  Me and my friends went to chipotle hoping to get a delicious bowl but instead 15 minutes after they opened they still have not served anyone leaving me hungry. Im very disappointed in the staff many of which stood there and were doing nothing not making food or anything just talking and then when we left they said just a little longer. Get it together chipotle this is why other businesses like qdoba and your neighbor bibibop are doing far better. This establishment is a mockery and its making the brand look bad be better.

  I try to give places a chance, but I am done giving this Chipotle chances. Last few times going there, they have always been out of something, out of steak, out of chicken, no guacamole, etc. This last time, the place was filthy and out of so many drinks. The "fresh" teas and lemonade was almost empty and probably not clean for a week or more. Root beer was out, diet coke was out, coke was flat. Just look the the photos of how terribly dirty this place was. This was also at 4:30pm, before the dinner rush and not crowded at all. There was garbage all over the floor, garbage cans were full, tables were dirty. Enough is enough. That was the last time I will go to this place.

  To whom it may concern: I will preface this email with that this is not the first time we have had issues with our orders being incorrect, or pieces of our order missing completely from this location in mentor. The first issue was upon arrival for pick up, the cashier was incredibly un inviting and almost seemed annoyed that she had to walk the 15 feet to get our order from the drive through area. The second issue was we drove 15 minutes to the restaurant to pick up the order, and then 15 minutes back home to realize once we got there that half of our order was missing. We called the store, and they stated to my wife that there was a second bag that wasn’t handed to us, and that we could come back and get the rest of our food. The third issue was that when I got back to the restaurant, I waited 5 minutes for the same cashier and one of the cooks to finish their side conversation with another patron about some lady that the cook should call. So, to summarize, the second bag of food was sitting at room temperature getting cold for roughly 40 minutes at this point; no offer to remake the food, and again, looked inconvenienced to hand me my missing food, not apologetic. The fourth issue was that upon returning to my home to eat all of the cold food at this point, one out of five of my entrees was correct. I even received an order with the name “Felicia” on it that was stuffed into the bottom of our bag. All of the entrees we did receive were mislabeled as well. My wife’s steak bowl was missing fajita vegetables, and the corn salsa, and had rice and beans which were not requested as reflected on the label. My daughter’s steak bowl did not have any steak in it, and had pico in it, which was also not reflective of the label. My son’s burrito had beans in it, which was not reflected on the label. My burrito was correct. And the fifth entree was labeled “Felicia” and not even close to the steak bowl that I ordered, as I received tacos with just chicken and cheese. As I previously stated, this is not the first issue we’ve had with missing or incorrect food. The disappointment turned to anger upon every new error discovered by this location and rude, uncaring staff. We dine at chipotle at least once a week, as my children thoroughly enjoy the food. But this particular experience cost my Wife and I $66 and one out of five of our ordered items was correct. Not to mention had to waste a trip and eat cold food upon returning home. Not to mention the food was wrong. Not to mention the staff was rude. I am attaching a few photos as proof to the errors made by this staff. I would also like to either be contacted via email, or my own cell phone number to resolve this matter. One small error is not that big of a deal, but there wasn’t very much done right with this particular experience at this particular location.
