  The people at the drive through are very nice but Be very, very careful ordering here...The last two times I have received guacamole that was dark green, and had pieces of corn in it.. It looks so gross, I wouldn't even eat it....It tasted terrible!!YUK! This place has gone. WAY DOWN HILL!!

  The food was fresh and stocked, the tables were clean, the napkins and utensils were neat and stocked, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was spectacular!! Their cook was on top it, so efficient! The team was complimenting each other and gelled really well! The store manager, Rachel, was very friendly and knowledgeable about my food questions also! I was there on Saturday around 5:30 pm and today, Monday, at 3:30 pm. I would highly recommend this location! I drive a bit further than my local store to come here. Please remember to tip your food service workers as they help feed us and are so important to the fabric of this community!

  I very rarely write a review of a business based off one visit, I usually try to get a nice, rounded view, but in this instance I have to write this review as there definitely won’t be a second trip. Went there on a Sunday afternoon around 4:30pm and there were two people in line in front of me. One person taking the orders and he was also making the food. 3-4 other employees seen dilly dallying around inside the store, not doing anything to help with the food orders. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes with zero acknowledgement of my presence in line, or any sense of urgency on the part of the staff, I walked out disgusted. It seemed like the staff were intentionally trying to work slowly and do everything except take food orders in the hopes that people would leave. Never again if that’s the kind of customer service attitude the staff have.

  This was a horrible restaurant. It was absolutely filthy inside. The food area was a mess. Food was all over the place. Half of the meats were unavailable Foods were mixed together. The workers didn't seem to care at all. I mentioned how dirty the food area was and the girl just shrugged her shoulders. Deplorable! Giving it a 1 rating was a gift. If this is what Vhipotle has come to, I will not eat here ever again.

  I hardly try to place negative Google review but when you can’t get any other help other than ai to try and get money back when an order couldn’t be made because they were out of ingredients, kinda got to let people know. Placed an online order for quesadillas. The order said it was completed but when we went to pick them up, the girl said they couldn’t make them because they were out of cheese and many other ingredients and told us to get a refund through the app. The app was just an ai bot that asked why we wanted to cancel and none of the reasons it allowed me to select were for their lack of ingredients. At the end of the conversation with the ai bot, it said it would contact the store… did not end in us getting our money back. Also this all took a hour to navigate including sitting in the drive through line for almost 40 minutes. The workers look overworked and underpaid. Management needs to give this store and its workers some love. There also should be a way for the workers to halt online orders if they can’t make them on their end.
