When I checked out my bag was thrown at me no offer for a receipt, worst part is my brown rice had uncooked grains of rice. I’m disgusted and very upset.

The counter where you pay and every single table was filthy with food left on them. Usually restaurants clean when it’s not busy. We walked out. I am concerned about food handling and cleanliness if that’s how the dining room looks!!!

On top of that they are always out of stuff, they are stingy with portion sizes and the chips are always soggy. Do yourself a favor and take a bit of a longer drive to the chipotle on Mentor on the lake which is much better

Apparently, I should have read the reviews how filthy dirty the place was ... And past experiences. I give up on giving them more chances ....they don't deserve it.
- ACadam cookJul 27, 20261.0This was my 2nd and probably last visit to this location. Today’s visit was at 4:30pm and they were out of white rice, chicken, and steak. They didn’t have any peppers and onions and their queso looked like it had a mix of everything inside the queso from all of the other bins. Someone was in the corner tossing chips, but nobody was on the grill making food. The staff had no answers as to how long until things got stocked. This location seems to either be very understaffed, or it’s staffed with the wrong people who don’t value their job. This location needs a complete overhaul from the top down.
