- JAJosh Althans3 days ago1.0Workers here, no signs, doors locked always the worst service from this place. Nobody working here ever is happy about their job. The food is always cold. Half the time I’m here it’s closed and I don’t have forever on a lunch. Either close or find people who want to work there. Idk how you can have a buisness and let it run like some of these chipotles do. Painesville Ohio chipotle is next if they keep it up

It wasn’t even 7:30 when we came in to get food. Once we got our food and started eating, nothing was warm, some bowls were lukewarm at best, including the meat. No signs saying they were out of stuff on the door or anything. As I was getting drinks a paying, found out they only had large cups available. Been coming to this Chipotle for about a year now and never had problems up until about a month ago. This was over the line, do not recommend and will not be coming back.

No napkins at the beverage area. We decided to eat outside. A mistake. Tables were dirty. Napkins, chips, and cup lids all over as well as many ants. Last, my wife used the bathroom. She said there was just enough toilet paper for her. I will not return to this location.

The manager asked if I want to keep my other bowl, not realizing that cross contamination is an actual thing. They just kept serving it to the dozen other customers there like nothing happened. No regard for customer safety
