  Usually during a rough work day, stopping at chipotle is what I look forward to. My goodness did this location ruin that. I’m never the type to leave a place and then immediately try to get in the touch with the manager, but somehow this location operates so horribly that it was necessary. Off rip they were not prepared for the lunch rush. Did they forget that those happen? Nothing was prepped, everyone working looked like they were just hopping on random tasks. At one point I was waiting at the register with my full meal ready to pay for close to 4 minutes. An actual 4 minutes, that’s a long time to sit there. For some reason they didn’t have someone working the register. The girl who looked like she was supposed to, was neck deep in online orders. One lady even made eye contact with me when she walked to the front to give someone chips then retreated to the back and start making rice. I for some reason think she may have been a manager. By the time I got rang out I believe there were about 5 people behind me with finished orders waiting to pay as well. I got a half steak half chicken bowl and a drink with my order, no chips (I felt like if I asked the entire location would implode). However I was charged close to $15 for an order that I usually would get for around $10 at any other location, even with the half steak. I tried referring to my receipt but they don’t itemize what I ordered so I couldn’t see how much the bowl and drink costed separately. Very concerning. I wasn’t about to ruin my day over a location that can’t function and $5, so I proceeded to go fill my drink and leave.. or at least try. I won’t even get started with how disgusting that station in the location was. However, when I went to go fill my drink I got to cool down with soda spraying all over me because some idiot didn’t put the plastic nozzles on correctly. I loved that part. Instead of making a fuss about it in the moment, because I could they were so backed up from not knowing how to operate, I took the managers card that was on the counter. Which ended up just directing me to the corporate help line instead of connecting me with any kind of manager. I filed my complaint and even left my number. This was about 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything so I thought I’d come on google and share the experience. Maybe it wouldn’t have been as bad if they had replenished the napkin dispensers and some would’ve been available to wipe off with. If you want chipotle in mentor, save yourself some time AND MONEY and just go to the location on 306. It’s insulting that I have to give at least 1 star to them.

  This Chipotle is usually such a fresh air compared to what I experience at the Painesville Chipotle. I just got food at 10PM and every single thing I could have wanted was in stock, including chips and guac. So, I’m a very happy camper. Keep up the good work! I

  The worst chipotle ive ever been to. Every single time im here they are out of every single thing. Cant say ive ever been here and havent had to wait atleast 15 minutes for protein. They need some serious management help

  Sat in a growing line, then lady announces the grill is “extra slow” and they only have enough steak and chicken to finished the online orders they’re backed up on.. so the whole line of people leave..
