I couldn't be like I was looked at and they're just kept acting like no one was at the counter. The restaurant ignores people and the website doesn't give me my points from my orders. They are going to go out of business if they keep acting like customers don't matter.
- CJChris JurickApr 18, 20262.0While I understand some places restrict certain songs on the TouchTunes jukebox due to explicit content, when I dined in, it would not let me play pretty much anything in the realm of 70s or 80s Rock or Metal, how is Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, KISS, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, explicit, just to name a few of the many songs by similar bands I tried to play? Not only that, the speaker system was completely out of tune, what’s the point in even having a TouchTunes jukebox if you’re gonna limit music that isn’t even explicit

I have tried to speak to him directly person to person but he is never in. The restaurant will not give me his bosses name to contact him. This is not about the money it is about his horrible customer service.
