- MMMakayla MillsJul 26, 20261.0I visited this location today around 1:10 PM. The store’s posted hours say it closes at 2:00 PM, but the doors were locked. Several other customers and I stood outside confused because there was no sign on the door explaining why the store was closed early. One of the male employees inside, who had long hair, looked at us through the window, gave us a thumbs-down gesture, and motioned with his hands for us to go away. It came across as very rude and unprofessional. After we knocked on the door, another employee came outside and explained that the general manager had quit and they didn’t have enough staff. However, there were four employees inside the store at the time.

Usually when I came in the employees were wonderful and very helpful, however it seems like a lot of the staff I normally see are gone and there’s new people who do not give the same kindness. Well atleast the person who served me the last few times did not. And it seems I’m not the only one feeling this way as I see in other reviews. The red headed girl was very dismissive and seemed annoyed about having to take my order and like she wanted to leave as quickly as possible, and I get it I’ve worked in food service before but you should never act that way towards a customer and keep it on your own time, I’ve met the new manger Jen and she seems like a wonderful lady but the staff is just not the same as when Matt was here and of course that’s not her fault but she should look into getting some respectful employees Other than the employee the food was great props to the young man who made my sandwich! I just won’t be coming here as often as I do not feel welcome
