- KKkenzieb10May 9, 20261.0Blizzard tasted like chemicals. Especially the brownie peices. Got the chocolate brownie extreme Blizzard. This has never happened to me before at any other DQ. I couldnt finish the whole thing and am now worried for my health. Looking at your reviews this is a common thing at this location. I dont even live in the area, but please for people's safety and health get this figured out.

I have door dashed from this location 3 times and all 3 times the order was wrong and the blizzards were half full and pure liquid. Today I decided to go there myself and place the order. A cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake pieces. Of course I open my blizzard it’s pure liquid and not one piece of cheesecake … mind you they had no problem charging me for the extra but just not actually putting any in. I called and spoke to the manager who was ABSOLUTLY delusional and needs a course on customer service. Do not waste a single dime at this location. The Brunswick Dairy Queen on Pearl/303 blows this one out of the water. For the prices this location charges you might as well just throw your money into the sewer because that’s the exact quality of food/service you’re about to receive here pure crap.

- AAAaron M (Aaronm0518)Mar 25, 20261.0Very disappointed in the Median DQ. This review is from years of visiting this DQ and the Brunswick DQ. Median DQ skimps big time on their toppings. Even when we pay for extra toppings it’s always the tiniest amount. Have had to go back in countless times to have them remake a blizzard. Have even talked to the owner about it and nothing changes. I highly recommend the Brunswick one over Medina. Brunswick makes the best blizzards every time!
