    Best chipotle I've ever been to. Every single I've gotten food from here, it was amazing. They load up the bowls like actually crazy, to the point where the lid can barely even stay on. 10/10. Idk why there is so many negative reviews on here either, but all I know is that the past few months this place has been amazing.

    The staff was very nice, but there was one person on the line while there was a huge line of people, and they were out of everything on the line. The prep team was moving at a glacial pace. The food was so salty and not good at all. I hope this location can get the support it needs.

    I usually never leave review but customers need to be aware. No food ready, had to continue running to drive through station to get rice, chicken and lettuce. The chicken was full of gristle that it was NOT edible. I never management here either.This was my 3rd visit here hoping for improvement but the Medina location on I-71 consistently better. You need to get this location up to par with other locations. Disappointing.

    This is my go to chipotle. They are always so amazing. The manager is fast and keeps the crew on track. Everyone there keeps the food stocked and clean. I never have to worry about them giving small portions. Other chipotles I have visited are less friendly and rude when you ask for a proper portion.
