  I am beyond disgusted with this establishment! We went through the drive thru ordered roast beef sandwiches snd Some sliders for our toddlers, I opened my roast beef sandwich and there was HAIR HUMAN HAIR EVERYWHERE!!! My husband immediately took everything inside and there was hair in everything except one slider. It was so foul and disgusting and even though the food was untouched and not eaten at all they acted as if we put it there which makes zero sense with the fact being we did not eat it and just wanted a refund. We were treated like absolute trash when THEY are the ones who sent food out with hair in it and it was so extremely obvious it was everywhere. It honestly felt purposeful, I will never be back they need new management and employees who cook should be wearing hair nets!! The health violations are crazy. And on top of it all the manager would only refund half of the money, we gave back all the food UNTOUCHED and we we’re basically robbed because the manager refused to do a whole refund and was just straight rude. I will be contacting corporate this is unacceptable. Someone needs to fix this place before it goes completely under. They should be shut down, I have never been more upset and truly disgusted. When my husband came out he said everyone has long hair that’s not put up or in a hairnet. Please do better and if you’re that miserable in management get a new job. No one is forcing you to work there. People like that shouldn’t be in customer service point blank.

  I stopped here after I arrived in Medina finishing up a very long trip that I was taking. I will say that the service was great, and the food came out very quickly which was good. I don't often eat here a lot, but I'd recommend it if you need something filling. :)
