  Don't even bothering ordering ahead you're still going to wait an hour..... placed a order at 2:15 for 3:30 pick up.... arrive at 3:30... crickets! Didn't leave until 4:05.... meanwhile THREE walk in orders came.... waited and went. "Apparently" their system doesn't tell them what time the orders are noted to be picked up according to the broad with dreads... yes she said that out her mouth with a straightface!

  Ordered carry out for lunch today. After picking it up and going back to work, realized it was missing 10pc. Wings. I called and explained the situation, and asked for a refund for the missing item.The person on the phone then was rude and said I don’t know why you people always expect a refund… you people?… I said you guys made the mistake. So I hung up. Then as was eating my lunch of fries, I was surprised to find what looked like pubic hair on a fry… never ever go to this location!!! It should be shut down or everyone in there fired!

  If you uber or DoorDash DO NOTA ACCEPT ORDERS from here. Or accept you might have to drop the order. I went there tonight i understand it’s a Saturday but they were not even making orders in the order they were placed. I watched a customer walk in after the lobby was already filled with people who had been there for 2 hours!! And they somehow got their food before everyone else. The manager literally left the line to go talk on the phone for 20 mins. I ended up waiting over an hour for someone’s order that was placed on uber to be ready by 8:02 I didn’t leave until 9:05 and still needed to pick up a order from a nearby restaurant that had closed and were waiting for me! I asked se seal times where my customers order was because it was off their screen. Also their screen display is not true. If your order says ready.. well it’s not and they can not give estimated times either. Idk if that persons order was even correct because I watched many customers wait for their order just to be wrong. Get it together seriously.

  Very rude customer service on 1st shift hung up 3xs put me on hold for 10 minutes some guy claimed to be the manager very disrespectful and unprofessional never again will I spend a dime here

  Ordered food at 12am Sunday morning(6/14) food wasn't ready until 1am. My boyfriend went to pick up the food and had to wait like 45 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. It was only two workers in there so thats understandable but when he brought the food home I was missing 2 of the 3 voodoo fries that I ordered, the sodas tasted like carbonated water and chicken wings were covered in feathers 🤮. I understand sometimes the wait will be longer but I atleast expect to recieve what I ordered.
