  Get ready to wait 30+ minutes for you'rfood. Don't not use mobile orders or you have to wait and won't be able to get your money back. Every employee in the building is rude and just down right nasty to people. Corporate needs to step in!!

  Almost every time I order from this location through Grubhub or DoorDash, something goes wrong. Food is usually either very messily put together or items are missing either partially or entirely. Tonight I ordered some food with two drinks, the smaller of which was a dirty soda. I didn’t receive the large drink at all, and the smaller one was plain, so I paid for a large soda and an add-on for the smaller one. I also ordered the dessert empanadas which they substituted with Cinnabon bites without them asking my delivery person. The delivery person is not permitted to open the bag and did not know my items were missing or substituted. This is also the fourth time I’ve tried ordering the dessert empanadas from this location through a delivery service and I still have yet to actually try them. They either substitute them or leave them out completely. I completely understand how half of an industry food service can be because I’ve worked it myself and would never go back, but I also don’t understand messing up someone’s order so badly, and on repeat occasions, no less.

  I attempted to order a small amount of food last night at midnight 5/17-5/18 online, upon arrival the restaurant was dark with cars parked outside so I assumed that the employees were inside. I proceeded to wait at the window for 30 mins after they blocked the ordering speaker. I was not waited on and did not receive my food or a refund! I tried to call the inside of the store multiple times to no response. If astonishes me that a Taco Bell 15 minutes away gives me the best service I’ve ever had from a fast food place (mentor location) and then when I try and order from my local store half the time I don’t receive my food. I’m angry and want my money back. DO NOT GO TO MAYFIELD HEIGHTS TACO BELL

  Waited for ten minutes at the counter trying to get an iced water, not a single employee asked me what I needed or even acknowledged me. Five minutes in another guy walked in because his drive through order had been messed up. He came in after me and was addressed immediately. Finally, the girl working walked over—didn’t even look at me or speak to me, just slammed a cup on the counter and walked away. I didn’t even get a chance to speak to her.

  Few days ago came in Mayfield heights taco bell to pick up my order. OMG, counter top was dirty and sticky, garbage on the floor, employees were screaming and playing basketball in the kitchen. No sauces, no ice, no strows, no napkins in place. Didn't feel that I should eat food from this restaurant, so, tossed my order in Garbage.
